Dr. Bhargava joined Digestive Diseases Consultants in 2009. He attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois where he received his Doctor of Osteopath Medical degree. After medical school, he completed his post graduate training at McGaw Medical Center at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois . He finished his medical training with the completion of a fellowship at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Campus- Aurora Sinai Medical Center .
Dr. Bhargava is board certified in Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterology Association and American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American College of Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, Illinois Academy of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, American College of Osteopathic Internists, Illinois State Medical Society and Kankakee County Medical Society.
His professional appointments are as follows: Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Midwestern University , Downers Grove, IL.-2010, Board Certification in Gastroenterology-2009 and Board Certification in Internal Medicine- 2005.
